All orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days

Europe & Rest of World: Postage Calculated by weight at Checkout
All orders are sent via First Class Royal Mail or by Courier Service
If an item you have ordered is out of stock you will be contacted within 2 working days and offered an alternative item or a timescale as to when your item will be available for dispatch
Returns Policy
If you no longer require an item and wish to return it for a refund, please see our returns policy below
All items can be returned for a full refund ( excluding postage costs ) within 28 days of receipt
Please ensure all items are packed as received and we can only accept Full unopened packs
We do not offer a free returns service, so any returns must be returned at your own expense (including any applicable import VAT and customs duty charges for returns from outside of the UK)
You must pay the Return postage on your items unless the return is due to our error
If any of your items arrive damaged then simply e-mail us a photo of the damaged items and we will send you out replacements free of charge
